Administrative Structure of the Library

The library is managed within a structured administrative and academic framework to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with international academic standards. The structure includes:

  • Higher Supervisory Authority:
    The Deanship of Libraries at AHUMI University provides overall strategic direction and institutional oversight.

  • General Director of the Library:
    Oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates with academic departments, and ensures the continuous development and enrichment of the library’s content.

  • Academic Editorial Board:
    Comprised of subject matter experts from diverse academic fields who review, vet, and organize content according to established academic standards.

  • Section Editors:
    Responsible for overseeing specific disciplines (such as Humanities, Applied Sciences, Islamic Studies, etc.) and for liaising with content contributors and authors.

  • Technical and Support Team:
    Ensures the digital platform runs securely and smoothly, maintaining reliable and user-friendly access to library resources.

  • Voluntary Contributors:
    Academic staff and researchers from AHUMI University who support the library by contributing and reviewing content on a voluntary basis.
