This research revolves around the study of the rule of the least said argument in the chapters of family and crimes from the book Nihayat al-Muttalib in the study of the doctrine of Imam al-Juwayni. From the book Nihaayat al-Muttalib, and this research aims to clarify the value of the rule of the least of what was said as an argument according to the Shaafa’is, through the choices of the Imam of the Two Holy Mosques in the chapters on family and crimes and his care for them. To conclusions, including: the authoritative rule of the least of what was said by many scholars, and the adoption of the Shafi’is by deducing the branches based on that rule, as well as the imam of the Two Holy Mosques al-Juwayni in the book Nihaayat al-Muttalib in the study of the doctrine
